“To live is to experience, and not to sit around pondering the meaning of life” - Paulo Coelho
Some focus too much on self image instead of being someone standing out for a reason. There’s a difference between fame and influence. If there’s one thing the media can’t give us despite its convenience is the bare truth. Reality can’t be seen or heard on the television nor it can be read on the papers. To truly understand reality, one must see directly using its own eyes and feel pain using its bare hands.
It’s not what clothes you wear that make you more of a person, it’s not how beautiful you are on the outside and how much money you have that make you more of a person. It’s what you say, it’s what you deliver differently that makes an impact on others. Let’s face it, the world’s too greedy to see what the truth’s telling us. It’s crying for help. You have to see just to believe what these people are going through. It’s too depressing and inspiring at the same time.

So next time you complain about the “little” amount of food/money you have and the clothes you don’t have, look at these people and ponder. Instead of focusing too much attention on yourself, put these at heart and do something for a change.
It won’t be such a hassle to help out right?

Until next time, Hacienda Luisita! Thanks for the incredulous experience. :)

I’ve been there last year for my NSTP and it was really an eye opener to personal realizations. Good job! I like your photos though.
